Pickup was on time and pier check-in easy. Masks and fins were good quality, and the guide explained Maya Bay rules clearly. The catamaran handled waves gently, lunch was tasty, and drinks were available all day—excellent value.
Calm pace and plenty of time at each stop. Visibility was great; life vests and noodles helped the non-swimmers. Staff took lovely photos for us and the catamaran felt upscale—clean decks, cushioned seats, and shade everywhere.
Our teens loved the front net and easy ladders for snorkeling. The guide timed Maya Bay to avoid the rush and explained the shoreline no-swim rule. Smooth ride, great music, and chilled towels after snorkeling—first-class touches.
Impressed with the small details—reef-safe sunscreen advice, dry bags, and clear instructions for beginners. The catamaran glided over chop and we spotted reef fish and even a small blacktip shark from the deck.
