Cancellations & Refunds
Eligible cancellations requested more than 72 hours before departure may be refunded after deducting a 5% booking administration fee from the amount paid.
Important Booking Conditions
The remaining 50% cash balance is based on the confirmed number of passengers and must be paid in full even if fewer guests join on the tour day. Cancellations within 72 hours, same-day cancellations, late arrivals and no-shows are non-refundable. If the operator cancels the tour because of unsafe weather or official safety restrictions, guests may choose a free date change or receive a full refund. Changes to the route, stop order or activity duration for safety reasons do not normally constitute a tour cancellation.
