When is hotel pickup and where is the meeting point?
Shared hotel pickup is usually around 04:30–05:00 (varies by area). Your exact time will be confirmed
after booking. If your hotel is outside our standard zone, we’ll suggest meeting at the pier or offer
a small extra transfer fee.
Which places are included in the itinerary?
A typical day covers Maya Bay (photo stop on the beach), Pileh Lagoon (swim),
Viking Cave (photo from the boat), Loh Samah, Monkey Beach (tide dependent),
plus 1–2 snorkeling stops and beachside lunch time. Sequence can change for safety and crowd avoidance.

Yes, families are welcome. Children should be accompanied by an adult. For safety, pregnant guests
and travelers with serious back/neck/heart conditions should not join speedboat trips.
Do you provide vegetarian/vegan or halal meals?

What should I bring?
Swimwear, light cover-up, towel, reef-safe sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, camera/phone, and some cash for
the National Park fee and personal purchases. If you’re prone to motion sickness, take tablets
30 minutes before boarding (as advised by your pharmacist).
Is the National Park fee included?
No. The National Park fee is paid in cash at the pier or to our staff on the day. Rates are set by
the park authority and may change without prior notice.
Can I bring my own snorkeling gear?
Absolutely. Clean sets are provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own mask/snorkel for personal comfort and hygiene.
What if the weather is bad?
Safety first. The operator may adjust the route, change the order of stops or postpone/cancel if sea
conditions are unsafe. For official weather cancellations you can reschedule or get a refund according
