Cancellation Window
- Customers may request a cancellation within 3 days before the tour date.
- Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
Conditions for Refund
- Full refund will be provided for cancellations made within the 3-day window.
- No refund for no-shows or cancellations made on the day of the tour.
Return / Exchange
- As our services are tour bookings, physical product returns are not applicable.
- Customers may reschedule or exchange for another tour (subject to availability).
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.
Customer Responsibility
- Any bank fees, currency conversion charges, or transfer costs are the responsibility of the customer.
