Visiting the Phuket Elephant Sanctuary, the most ethical sanctuary in Phuket, gives curious visitors a unique opportunity to interact with magnificent elephants in the safety and security of their natural home. Our trained English-speaking guides give visitors insight into the behavior and the personal history of our animals, while our mahouts help people realize incredible life experiences such as bathing elephants in Phuket or feeding them by hand. The Sanctuary itself has stunning views of beaches and jungles, which visitors can appreciate at their own pace. The elephants are more than happy to let their new friends check out the view or take a few photos so that everyone remembers this Phuket tour. You can visit the Elephant Jungle Sanctuary at two different times during the day. The morning visit takes place from 6:30 am to 12:30 pm and the afternoon visit takes place from 12:30 to 17:30 pm. There is even an overnight tour available. The package deal includes two traditional Thai buffet meals, pick up and drop off to your accommodation in Phuket (terms and conditions apply),

drinking water and even food for feeding the elephants! When you arrive at the sanctuary, the guides will give you a basic overview of the tour, how our welfare programs take place and some information about the animals. Since the tour can get messy and wet (in a very fun way!) we suggest that you bring some things with you. Bring a hat, sunscreen, a bathing suit, a towel and a change of clothes. You can also bring a camera with you, Throughout your visit to Elephant Jungle Sanctuary, you will be feeding, bathing and even playing with the animals. You will even get to tell everybody you know that you went swimming with elephants in Phuket! It is also important to us that you learn as much as possible about these animals and why it is important to protect them. Watch Me’ experience offers visitors to an unrivalled opportunity to behold elephants displaying natural behaviours in a pristine jungle environment in beautiful Phuket, Thailand. Immerse yourself in the tranquil pace of an elephant’s routine, and marvel as they roam, forage, and bathe freely.

6:30 / 11:30 / Pick up from your place of accommodation in Phuket (if applicable – fees may apply). 8:00 /13.00 / Arrive at Elephant Jungle Sanctuary Phuket and complete necessary registration forms. Meet your friendly tour guides and listen to an introductory educational talk. Learn about elephant anatomy and behaviour, as well as the history and cultural significance of elephants in Thailand. 8:30 / 13.30 / After the educational introduction and a safety briefing, you will move to a viewing platform to observe elephants engaging in natural behaviours in a beautiful jungle setting. Not only will you have the chance to take photos of elephants in spectacular natural scenery, but this will offer the elephants a chance to notice you and become accustomed to your presence while maintaining a respectful distance. 9:00 / 14.00 / Assist your guide to create a nutritious breakfast for the elephants, consisting of organic seasonal fruits and vegetables. Learn how to prepare elephant dietary supplements to be served alongside the main course. Help deliver the food and experience the magic of interacting closely with elephants as you feed them by hand.
