PHUKET A. RATES & TRAVEL PACKAGES
A.1) The rates shown on our website are provided to our Adult guests and include applicable government taxes and insurance. The company reserves the right to adjust the contract rate without assigning reasons.
A.2) All rates are quoted in Thai Baht. The child rate applies for children aged between 4-12 years. Children are charged at 50%
A.3) All packages are operated Charter basis and include
English speaking local guide unless specified otherwise.
A.4) In addition to our Charter cruises, subject to government regulations regarding COVID, intends to restart its popular “Join-in” Cruise program starting 01 June 2021. The rates for these will be announced on our website soon and initially, this program will only be offered during weekends and holidays. Bookings would be subject to space available and will be on a first come, first served basis.
A.5) The Cruises operate only after a minimum number of participants is reached, which is ten passengers (as on date) otherwise, the company reserves the right to cancel the cruise. Cancellation due to minimum number not being met, will only imply fully refund of amount paid.
A.6) All packages are designed and operated with fixed itineraries and scheduled activities as described on our website. In case of late arrival of travelers for any program that result in guests missing some services in the program, the missing services / activities will not be refunded.
A.7) Roundtrip transfer from Phuket hotels to the Marina and vice versa are not included, and guests need to arrange their own pick up or contact us to reserve a pick-up / meeting point at the rate given. Our transfer will provided on a “sharing” basis. If guests arrive late and miss the transfer, the amount paid for will not be refunded and additional transfer will have to be arranged for by the guests themselves. is not responsible for any additional costs of transfer.
B. TERMS OF PAYMENT
Payment for FIT bookings
Full pre-payment must be made for all bookings.
Deposit and payment for Charter and Group bookings:
x For Bookings made D-45 days, a 25% deposit shall be paid 7 days after booking is confirmed to guarantee the booking.
x Another 25% deposit shall be paid 30 days prior to the service date.
x The Balance will be settled at least 14 days prior to the service date.
x For refund of deposits, please see point C., cancellation charges.
C. CANCELLATION / NO SHOW CHARGES
Cancellation / No-Show of Guests :
If the booking is cancelled
x Less than a week prior to service date: 50% of contract rate applies as penalty.
x No show or cancellation less than 72 hours prior to service date: 100 % of contract rate applies as penalty.
Cancellation / No-Show of charter / group bookings:
In case a confirmed charter or group booking is cancelled
x Less than 21 days prior to service date: 50% of contract rate is applied as penalty.
x Less than 14 days prior to service date: 75% of contract rate is applied as penalty.
x Less than 7 days prior to service date: 100% of contract rate is applied as penalty.
D. FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of any cause beyond the reasonable control, including, but without limiting the generality of the foregoing; war, civil commotion, riot, insurrection, strikes, lock-outs, fire, explosion, floods and acts of God, tour programs can be modified, rearranged, replaced or cancelled without prior notice to best suit the situation. shall be relieved of its obligations hereunder during the period of that event and shall not be liable for any delay or failure in the performance of any obligations hereunder and bear no responsibility nor liability for not providing services as agreed.
E. DURATION AND VALIDITY
This agreement covers the period from 01 April 2021 until 31 October 2022

This agreement is governed by the laws of Thailand. It has been carefully read and understood.
