You and your group will have a minimum of 20 minutes with at least one elephant. You get the chance to play and interact with the elephants who will most definitely entertain you throughout for an unforgettable experience you can cherish forever. For all sessions, a photographer will capture your fantastic experience and these will be available to purchase afterwards. However, you may still bring your own camera along as you will be able to take your own photos dusking the session.

There may be breaks where the elephants require feeding which may delay your session. We do apologise in advance if this happens. This program is not suitable for pregnant women and children under 1 years old. Your booking may have to be re-scheduled according to the weather and sea conditions that are beyond our control.
Insurance is included with your booking in the case of accident or injury.

3. Tour Voucher & Payment

4. Child Rate
Child rate is based on each tour agent's policy. We apply child rate children to between 4- 11 years old. Infant and children under 4 years old are free of charge. When booking your trip please clearly specified the age of the children
5. Cancellation
*for change date or Canceeled Much do 48 hours before the program start, it will be free of charge
*All Cancellations or changing of your booking mush be writing by email or fax 48 hours (or more) , before your trip departure date, please quote you booking detail such as your full name or any booking reference number
